Operation Hope is a community based network of women and girls living with and affected by HIV.
The organization exists to enhance access and uptake of legal and rights literacy of communities, with a focus on people living with or affected by HIV and key populations.

Meet The Team
Flory Atieno Program Cordinator
Flory .L. Atieno is the Co-founder and Programme Coordinator for Operation Hope Community Based Organization since it's inception in 2004. She graduated with a diploma in community development and advocacy from The Institute of Community Development and has attended additional courses in Project planning and management, Social work and welfare, Community Health, HIV/AIDS definitions: causes, VCT, Counseling: Patient, family and several others. In the Paralegal Law and Practice Sector she is well versed in Human Rights Monitoring, Land law and transactions, Gender and development, Civil/Criminal Procedure, Human Rights Advocacy, Family Law and Succession, Law and society, Children’s Rights, Employment and Labor Law among others.
Ester Adhiambo Angudha (Board Member)
Ester Adhiambo Angudha graduated from Egerton University in 1992 with Bachelor of Arts second class honours in Sociology and economics. She is currently Programs coordinator with Young Widows Advancement Program (YWAP) and is also serving in the capacity of secretary to the board of directors. Previously she has worked with Society for Womer and AIDS in Kenya (SWAK) and Women Fighting AIDS in Kenya (WOFAK).
Zilpa Renalda Audo (Board Member)
Zipher Renalda Achieng is a certified Professional Counselor having graduated from East Africa Institute of Certified Studies. She has also studied with several other institutions including Kenya Association of Professional Counselors in Pediatric Counseling and Play Therapy, National Aids and STI Control Program among others. She is currently working with Women Fighting AIDS in Kenya (WOFAK) as a Counselor and Community Educator.
Phoebe Atieno Nyangweso (Board Member)
Phoebe Atieno Nyangeso is currently working with Eastern Deanery Aids Relief Program on a voluntary basis as a Community Health Worker. She has been certified in Counseling and also as a community health worker. She is a team player who is goal oriented, focused, hardworking and reliable with excellent communication skills.
She has a strong ability to learn new skills and effectively use new concepts.Catherine Nasimiyu Namusisi
Catherine Nasimiyu Namusisi is a graduate from Education Foundation Institute Africa and is a holder of a diploma in Early Childhood Development (ECD). She has over twenty years of experience in the Education sector and has worked with several big institutions most notably Daystar University. Her motivation is to see the empowering of the marginalized communities, the youth and her fellow women counterparts. She has voluntarily offered her services towards helping Operation Hope CBO fulfill their vision and accomplish their mission.
